Cold weather grillin’

Miss the taste of the grill now that it’s cold?  Move it to the stove.  I bought the Emeril grill from BedBathBeyond.  Use canola oil for a higher burning point.  I don’t use a recipe (my mom taught me how to cook with what’s available) but here’s the ingredients…..

  • Red and Green Bell Peppers
  • Onion
  • Mahi Mahi Fish (cooked in Olive oil, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Salt in a skillet)
