10 Reasons to LOVE Flaxseed!

  4. Flax is rich in lignan, which is an antioxidant (woohoo!) that also provides FIBER!
  5. Lignan (found in flaxseeds) can also help fight colon, prostate, breast, and skin cancers, as well as ease some of the symptoms of menopause.

  7. It’s a great digestion aid.
  8. Flaxseeds can dissolve gallstones.
