Last Saturday’s Cooking Club Menu:  Shrimp and Black Bean Blue Chip Salad, Fish Taco, Graham Cracker Chocolate Mousse.


Our tip in constructing a weekly menu is to choose recipes that have similar ingredients so that you save space, time, and money.

Weeknights Dinner Menu

Mon: Pumpkin Black Bean Soup (Rachel Ray recipe on Food Network, replace heavy cream with Low Fat Yogurt)

Tues: Fish Tacos

Wed: Chicken or Shrimp Caesar Salad Wrap

Thurs: Shrimp and Black Bean Blue Chip Salad

Fri: Grilled Chicken or Shrimp Fajitas
