The Puget Sound Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training – packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old work out or gym routine, this adventure is for you! Here’s a new approach to fitness….. FUN!

Exercises include:
Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, PAR course, surprises, and more!
