What is the sign-up process?
Go to the Register page and provide your Name, E-mail Address, Phone #, best time to call, and indicate which location, date, and time you plan to join.  A welcome letter and a link to a registration form will be sent to you.  After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions, we accept cash, check or you can also pay secure online via credit card. Once we’ve received your registration information, your trainer will call you to answer any questions you may have, discuss your medical history, your goals, and expectations.

The Pre-Camp Orientation includes the following:
1. You will meet our trainers and your team members.  We will give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have.

2. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. We don’t care what the measurements show. It’s strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.

3. We will record your weight and measurements. Again, the numbers don’t matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don’t be surprised if you see a 1-2 inch reduction in your waist over the four weeks!

4. See you at camp!

After starting camp, many realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro – rated from the point you decide to join us for more days .

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Most campers have some history of exercise, but it’s not required.

Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your camp session start date however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund.

100_0177What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect Pilates, mat work, some light running , weight training, obstacle courses, and jumping rope each week. On special days, we will go hiking. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp . Remember, everyone is different!

Are there shower facilities, or a place I can get ready for work?
We are located near a 24 Hour Fitness, Vision Quest, LA Fitness, and Bally’s. If you have a membership at either of these clubs, you can get ready there.  Kent Meridian has access to showers at the pool next to the High School at the cost of $2 per day.

What will I do after camp is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp.

What other events are included or offered?
On occasion there will be special events hosted by Puget Sound Adventure Boot Camp. These will be educational or community related events which will allow you to learn about health and fitness, contribute to the community, and socialize with other members of the boot camp outside of our daily workout sessions. You will receive more details about special events on the other pages within this website.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299 plus tax. That’s twenty hours of instruction for around $15 per hour! Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services – this is a great chance to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost. Where else can you get premiere, cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?
